Friday the 13th and I have to announce the bad luck, bad news. Realitytvpools will not be covering Big Brother 8 and Canadian Idol as time restrictions in my life are getting in the way with updating this site so I'm taking the summer off. Sorry to all that were looking forward to the pools. This hobby has turned into alot of work that I've been having trouble keeping up with. Hopefully, I can cover the fall season.

Four RTV shows are up and running and keeping me busy. Thanks for the emails when I miss something, it gets a bit crazy around this time of year for me to keep up with everything. I added some 'random points' to American Idol just to mix up the points a bit. The totally random points go to first/last to sing that night.

I marked the Apprentice episode 2 question with Michelle being fired even though she quit. I wasn't sure what would be the best way to handle it so I decided just to go with the fact that she was going to be fired.

If you are wondering where the Sunday question went for Big Brother...I deleted it...It really didn't make sense since I had you pick either James or Erika and Howie was the one voted off. Damn CBS and their double eviction, show it online prior!!

Reminder on Big Brother 7 questions. Because the show is 3 times a week there is a very short period to answer questions, so always check your mail or the site to see if they are there. The plan is to have question after the veto show (Tuesday) that include picking who will be voted off and who will be HOH. The next questions are after Sunday when you pick who will win POV. I hope this clarifies this a bit. This summer is extremely busy for me, so hopefully I can keep up, so far I haven't even seen an episode...this may cause a few screw ups...ahh reality :)

The Apprentice finally is tomorrow and it also marks the end of the winter season reality tv shows but along comes the start of the summer shows, Canadian Idol, Big Brother, etc :)

There was a problem with the American Idol reminder email, no one got it and I'm not sure why. I got a bunch of undeliverable emails. If you were lucky enough to get your answers in great, for those that forgot no so great :(

Sorry for not keeping up with the site news!! This time a year is so busy with marking four fantasy pools and answering emails I let the news slide :) Please keep emailing in if you have any questions though.
I've received a few emails about the Amazing Race pool this week. I'm try to explain it like most th emails: Usually, in a case that an episode is carried over to the next week, the first weeks questions usually apply/carry over. The reason I do the carry over is that the first episode usually shows most of that leg so you have a good idea of who is going to get 1/2/3 BUT since I wasn't paying attention I just changed last weeks dates to this weeks dates and gave the option for people to update their answers. I hope that makes sense....oh reality at it's best.
March 1st, 2006 - Survivor Questions Cancelled and Site Update
I have had a few emails today about why the Survivor Questions have been cancelled. If you weren't on realitytvpools.com in the last 4 days you may not have noticed that we got hacked....well kinda. Someone found out the admin password and placed a homepage up preaching a bunch of crap about religeon etc. So I cancelled the questions because not everyone would have time today to answer them. Your players will get points for tonight but there will be no bonus points through the questions. We did not lose anything during this down time which was one good thing as they could have hit delete and the site would be ba bye. I will be adding the Apprentice and The Amazing Race questions for next episode tonight. Make sure you have all your picks ready for next show!!!

For the 'who will win reward' and 'who will win immunity' please pick a player from the team you think will win. Because of the tribe swaps this season it is easier for me to give people points this way. So even if you think Tribe 'La Mina' is going to win reward, pick a player off that team. I hope that makes sense :)

The first survivor questions are posted and ready to be answered. Make sure you pick your final four before this weeks episode. The Amazing Race has been announced and we will have that pool ready to go soon. We will have a prize for the winner of The Amazing Race, if you would like to play for an MP3 player it will cost you a small fee of $5, well worth it for the extra fun of a prize :)

Wow, long time since I updated the site news.....I didn't think Christmas and New Years was this crazy....I hope everyone got what they wished for and that time spent with Family and Friends was enjoyable.
